Our hot tub had stopped working, no light on panel. I removed cord , plugged in and hit on; it was dead. Breaker in box had kicked also but would not reset. Hot couldn’t work without a breaker in panel. We finally found a breaker and had it delivered. During this we had a referral to Hot Tub’s Unlimited and called them. Yes, they could be out in a few hours. Chris came out, helped with the breaker and got the tub back out and running. He was fantastic!! Hot Tub is fine.

Then I came across Hot Tubs Unlimited.I could not find any bad reviews at all,so I contacted them.They literally came out the next day. Jean was amazing! My hot tub is recessed in a deck,making it tough to access.Some companies didn't even want to come out and deal with that.Jean never complained at all. Very intelligent & knowledgeable about hot tubs. He told me all about my brand of hot tub and gave me great maintenance tips.1 pump had seized up(10 yrs + old),tripping the breaker.With power out,a pipe had frozen/burst and damaged pump #2. Jean quickly found & fixed the leak.Ordered 2 new pumps & came back in less than 1 week and installed them.So professional! OMG! If I could rate these guys higher I would. I am a long time Marquis Spa owner and have dealt with many different companies- these people are the best. They are fair, honest and really know their craft. I had an emergency and needed help right away. I called and got Dan- the office person and he was excellent. I called on Monday and they sent a technician on Tuesday- they called ahead of time and were very prompt. I could not say enough positives about Chris, the technician. He is GREAT! Really knows the product and I was very confident in his prognosis. I feel lucky that I found these guys. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need, really want to solve the problem and treated my Spa like it was their own. Chris you are the best and you are my go to going forward. Please don’t hesitate to give this company a call and allow them to work on your Spa- they have my vote of confidence! They will have yours....
